Every client is unique with a unique set of circumstances and this allows me to consider all the different elements of your lifestyle . My aim is always to understand the underlying causes of your symptoms and choose the most appropriate route to helping you achieve your health goals.
As a Nutritional therapist, I work with individual clients to promote health and wellbeing by recommending nutrition and lifestyle changes. I do not diagnose or treat illness but can work alongside medical practitioners to support clients. I'm a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC).

My journey to becoming a Nutritional Therapist started after a long career in both public sector and the corporate world.
This means I understand the pressures of work deadlines and busy lives which make change in other areas so difficult. After making some of these changes to my own lifestyle, I decided to invest in a career helping other people discover the difference these can make.
I graduated with a Diploma (DipION) in Nutritional Therapy after 4 years of study and love that nutritional science is constantly evolving. I hope to still be learning and sharing something new when I'm 100!.

How I can help
Typically, my programmes are 9- 16 weeks in length. Some are shorter but sustainable improvements are not generally achieved in one session. I take detailed case histories as part of the initial consultation, and aim to give you an understanding of why this background is important and why I am suggesting any changes to you.
I may also suggest nutritional supplementation or discuss testing you could undertake but we will always agree the next steps together at the pace you are comfortable with.

I work with my clients and the time they have available to plan meals to fit in with their goals.
There's no "One Size Fits All"
You are an individual, and will need an individual plan. I encourage clients to look at all 5 pillars in my approach to find the changes that will work for them and step over those barriers . Small sustainable changes could make all the difference to achieving your goals

Assessing how you feel about your current nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress and movement means prioritising the areas that matter most to you.

You may feel hormonal changes are affecting your concentration levels or that you can't achieve as much in your exercise classes as you used to.
